Proof Of Qualifications
We only sell to trained practitioners who have undertaken formal CPD accredited aesthetics training, in order to process your first order with us we will request proof of this by email and notify you by text. If we are unable to confirm you have attended CPD accredited aesthetics training we will need to cancel your order and issue a refund.
Replacement Items
We reserve the right to replace products at our discretion and in order to request a replacement for us to consider the following requirements need to be met:
– A photo of the box including batch number
– A photo of the syringe
– A detailed description of the issue
12 month guarantee on electrics.
Please be aware we will not consider replacing items where a needle or cannula that is not included with the product has been used. We can not guarantee the results of the products and therefore will not replace items based on treatment outcomes.
We will only replace an item if the original is returned to us for testing.
Bank Holiday Ordering
If you place an order for Next Working Day delivery over a bank holiday, unfortunately we cannot guarantee next day delivery as the couriers will have a backlog of orders around the country. Your order will be shipped on a Next Working Day service but we have no control over the couriers workload. This means that if your order is delayed after a bank holiday we will not be able to refund postage costs as it’s not something we can claim back.
Lost, Stolen & Damaged Items
In the instance that a parcel is lost by a courier we are required to wait for the couriers internal investigation before completing the conclusion of the case. Once this investigation has been completed a replacement or refund can be issued.
Any lost, stolen, missing, or damaged orders need to be reported to Filler Direct within 48 hours for us to undertake an investigation with a courier. If an item is received damaged we require photographic evidence of the shipping box as it arrived as well as photos of the items purchased as they arrived.
Leave Safe With Couriers
If you have selected to leave safe with our delivery couriers via their app or website we are not liable for loss or theft of the order once it has been delivered.
Delivery Protection Cover
We offer Delivery Protection on all parcels for an additional fee. The fee ranges from £1.95-£3.95 per order, depending on the total order value. This covers your order when in the hands of the courier.
If you purchase Delivery Protection and your parcel is damaged, stolen or lost by the courier, Filler Direct will replace or refund the goods as quickly as possible to avoid any further delays if there is sufficient evidence and once a full investigation has taken place. If you choose opt out of the Delivery Protection cover, refunds/replacements will only be issued pending an investigation by the courier. This can be a lengthy process, with no guarantee that the full amount will be paid back to the customer, as parcels are only insured up to the value of £100 and couriers often decline claims.
Filler Direct highly recommends that customers purchase the additional cover to provide peace of mind, especially on high-value orders.
Delivery protection prices:
£1.95 for orders up to £200
£2.95 for order £200 to £300
£3.95 for orders over £300

Cancelling your training course booking
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to change your arrangements. Should you wish to cancel your booking, the deadline to receive a full refund for your booking is 14 days before the day of your training. Any cancellations received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Delegates may choose to independently arrange insurance to provide indemnity against possible cancellation. Aesthetics Direct Academy do not provide any cancellation insurance but recommend that you have your own insurance in place should a course be cancelled at last minute either by us or you.
Aesthetics Direct Academy does not issue refunds for Acts of God. An Act of God is defined as an event outside of human control such as sudden floods, earthquakes or other natural disasters, for which no one can be held responsible. This also includes weather-related issues such as snow, ice, floods etc. If Aesthetics Direct Academy chooses to cancel a course due to an Act of God then it is not liable for any loss resulting to the customer as a result of this cancelled course.
Aesthetics Direct Academy will make all reasonable effort to replace a cancelled course by arranging an alternative date but this cannot be guaranteed. Where the majority of customers for that course have been affected, this will be made free of additional charge.
Amending your training course booking
All requests to change a course date must be made in writing to support@fillerdirect.co.uk however Aesthetics Direct Academy cannot guarantee you a place on your chosen alternative course date. If an alternative date can be arranged there will be a £25 admin charge to change this.

Printed marketing materials are sent directly from our partner printing company and can take 3-5 working days to arrive. They send the goods that you have ordered through UPS, Royal Mail, DHL or TNT and will attempt delivery twice before returning the product to their warehouse. If the courier advises that they could not deliver your order as you weren’t available then, as a result, it will be returned back to their sorting depot. They can resend the parcel, however there is a resending fee of £15 to cover the costs of storage, processing and resending. At this point, we will contact you to check what you would like to do with the item and if we do not receive a response about this by a certain date, unfortunately the printing company will be forced to dispose of the parcel as they will have reached their holding limits. If you wish to re-order it will be at full cost.
